Dear Saint Robert Bellarmine Families,

Thank you to the parents who came to our first PTO meeting of the year. We will have less meetings this year, so it is important that all attend the ones we have to help us organize events. I thank you all for your continued support of SRB. Our goal is to create meaningful activities for your child that help form them into lifelong scholars, responsible citizens, and believers in our faith. Thank you for making that possible. A special thank you to Trina Cristi for organizing our meeting and first parent social!

Last week we conducted our bi-annual lice check. Please make sure you review proper hair washing with your child and stress the importance of good hygiene. This is especially important as your child becomes more independent and is responsible for self care. As we prepare for cold and flu season, please review hand washing and hygiene rules with your child.

This week’s Gospel tells us about God’s love for us. He loves us all no matter when we have come to know Him. Talk with your family about how you can share God’s love with someone else who might feel left out. Maybe consider inviting another family to join you at Mass this week. It is always great to see a presence of SRB students at Mass. I am usually at the 9 a.m. Mass on Sundays and I hope to see many of you there.

Many Blessings,
Annette Riggio
