Dear Saint Robert Bellarmine Families,
As my email mentioned, this week I am away on a WCEA/WASC visiting committee for another school in the Archdiocese. I assure you that I miss seeing our students and being on campus. I am excited that when I get back next week, we will celebrate Read Across America week. We have many fun activities planned. Two of the activities are the Read-a -Thon and the Used Book Sale. You should have received a flyer giving you info on the Read-a-Thon. I’m really excited to get our students reading. We’ll be kicking off the week with some extra fun incentives. Starting Wednesday we will have a Used Book Sale. All books will be $1.

Tomorrow we will recognize some students after Mass for being excellent Scholars. At SRB our Schoolwide Learning Expectation are to form students who are Scholars, Responsible citizens, and Believers in our faith. We are happy to honor students who have been great examples of Scholars over the past few weeks.

May you all have a blessed long weekend. The teachers and I will be at a training on Monday focusing on lesson planning and instructional practices. Please keep us in your prayers as we will do the same for all of you as you enjoy a day off from school.

Many Blessings,
Annette Riggio
