Service Hours & Fundraising Requirement


St. Robert Bellarmine truly believes that parents are the primary educator of their children and parents play a vital role in the school community.   In order to maintain the positive relationship between the school and parents, St. Robert Bellarmine School requires the following participation from parents:

  • 40 service hours over the course of the school year
    • 32 school service hours
    • 8 Festival service hours
      • Families can earn up to an additional 8 hours of school service during the Festival (shift availability permitting)
      • Families can earn 20 school service hours and 8 festival service hours for chairing a booth
  • Attend Back-to-School Night and Open House
  • Purchase a minimum of $250 in Scrip rewards
  • Sell or purchase (1) Festival Raffle Ticket Book ($50.00)
  • Participate in the mandatory walk-a-thon fundraiser @ $195.00 per student
  • Purchase two tickets to the Pearl Ball Dinner Dance

Please Note:  Unworked Service Hours are billed at a rate of $25.00 per hour to your FACTS account.   All parents have the option of opting out of service hours by paying $25.00 per hour.  For school or classroom donations, $25 spent will equal 1 service hour.
